As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a highly analytical and media savvy individual to join our team as the Marketing Analyst. We are continually improving our strategy and planning of our owned, earned and paid media channels and this role will be instrumental in helping analyze all three to help drive success for marketing as a whole.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to inform decision-making processes and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business results.

This is an in-office role based in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analytics: 50%

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including sales reports, customer feedback, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Monitor campaign performance and devise A/B testing opportunities to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.

Media Planning: 25%

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant media channels, including traditional, digital, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze consumer media habits to evaluate high indexing platforms to invest in to drive business results.
  • Work closely with media agency on reporting and analysis and connect media results to business results/outcomes.

Cross-Functional and Team Collaboration: 25%

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner closely with Business Intelligence teams to develop meta-analysis that helps develop media insights for paid, owned and organic media.
  • Work closely with e-comm and retail teams to analyze data across channels to help identify sales gaps and potential opportunities to fill the gaps.
  • Develop a collaborative culture within the marketing and cross-functional teams to bring together the overall customer story and insights that are actionable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations.
  • A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; preferred work experience with Google Analytics, Facebook, and TikTok ad managers.
  • Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
  • Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a good to have skill
  • A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
  • Track record of operating independently and proactively identifying opportunities to help meet the goals of the team and broader organization

Good to have:

  • Graduate degree’s in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred
  • Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
  • Interest in data science
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
  • Love for food and curiosity within the food and grocery industry space is a plus.
