Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Quickbase. This role is pivotal in connecting the dots across the digital customer touch points to influence digital growth and improved customer experience. You will collaborate closely with members of the Digital & Growth Marketing team as well as members of the product marketing, customer marketing, product, and sales teams, to develop insightful data analyses, optimize digital strategies, and enhance web performance. This position reports directly to the VP of Digital & Growth Marketing.


Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Insights:

  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to track key metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses on digital marketing performance, including customer behavior and conversion tracking.
  • Support the digital marketing team in the planning process; providing team and business with web performance data to shape objectives and key metrics

Campaign Optimization:

  • Collaborate with team members to inform targets & forecasting, evaluate investment efficiency, and improve internal analytics tools.
  • Partner with Paid Search, Web, and SEO team members, develop and implement channel and website initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Web Analytics and Reporting:

  • Lead the measurement and analysis of web content, identifying actionable insights to optimize customer experience.
  • Investigate and analyze customer behaviors across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, and paid media.

Strategic Development:

  • Undertake market research to understand trends and benchmarks in SaaS companies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvements in conversion metrics.
  • Develop strategic use cases, including A/B testing and exploratory analyses, to optimize the effectiveness of Quickbase’s digital channels.
  • Work collaboratively and closely with operations and analysts from our finance and operations team to create threads across data types and sources so we can have a complete view of our customer journey.

Data Visualization and Communication:

  • Present complex data in simple, concise visualizations, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Educate teams on analytics best practices and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize AI to expedite the generation of reports and insights from key data sets.
  • Utilize AI to push our data visualizations forward and create views of our data that we have never seen before.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics subscription-based business models.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing/sales and eCommerce analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • Curiosity into generative artificial intelligence with examples of how you have used it successfully and unsuccessfully in the past.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Interest or experience in predictive analytics
  • Experience with Azure or similar machine learning/predictive analytics tools
  • Experience working at a company with a product-led growth go-to-market motion
  • Experience working with growth marketing teams on rapid experimentation
  • Experience with site crawling/scraping software
