CADY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and developing insights-driven marketing strategies to grow organic revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing campaigns, be Google Analytics (GA4) certified, and be adept at processing and analyzing marketing data. This role is crucial in optimizing our marketing strategies, tracking campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance CADY’s presence and effectiveness.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of CADY and driving business growth. We need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to find answers, sometimes the ideal set of data may not be available, and you’ll need to think creatively about what is accessible and what you can do to drive results. You will leverage your skillset in business, marketing, finance, and business intelligence to explain, quantify, and prescribe solutions. You will know how to translate business and financial goals into insightful analytics. Additionally, you will seek to create value for both stakeholders and customers, conveying findings in a clear, actionable manner to managers and senior leaders to take action.
This opportunity is ONSITE 4 days a week, with a remote option on Wednesdays (office located behind the Avalon in Alpharetta)
Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Optimize email, SMS, MMS, print, and social media campaigns based on data insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Marketing KPI Reporting: Develop and provide comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on key metrics including conversion rates, website traffic, product mix, and consumer behavior changes.
- Presentation Skills: Utilize data to craft compelling narratives about campaign performance, trends, and opportunities. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to the Executive and Marketing Teams.
- Product Launch Support: Provide data documentation on key product metrics to support the creation of product launch materials.
- Budget Monitoring: Track marketing spend across campaigns and determine ROI. Ensure budget efficiency and optimization.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough audience and market research, including demographic analysis, to understand customer preferences, needs, and behaviors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall objectives and internal product launches.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze sales funnels and customer intent to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Campaign Measurement: Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns and report on key marketing metrics such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Data Processing and Analysis: Leverage advanced analytics software and marketing technology platforms to analyze marketing data, optimize digital campaigns, and improve website performance.
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to evaluate marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Explore and implement new analytical tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance data analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing campaigns, Google Analytics (GA4 Certified), and processing and analyzing marketing data.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL databases, and advanced analytics software.
- Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Adaptability: Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
