The Marketing Associate will support the tactical marketing activities for the Recycling business. This role will assist in promoting awareness and driving the go to market strategic activities across recycling plants. This role should effectively contribute to the company’s marketing efforts and support the growth of the business through strategic account-based marketing initiatives. This role also provides executional support of marketing programs, content, collateral and events.

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns tailored for specific accounts using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Supporting plant teams with marketing initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Managing content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency across various platforms and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborating with external creative agencies, IT, and SaaS partners to enhance marketing efforts and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Working directly with marketing team members, commercial, IT, SaaS partners, corporate communications, and creative agencies.

The Skills You Will Bring

  • BA / BS required, concentration in marketing preferred
  • Marketing background with strong analytical abilities, preferred
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including outside vendor relationships
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to quickly learn other software / tools required
  • CRM, marketing automation tools preferred
