Marketing Associate

 

The Marketing Associate will support the North America Marketing team by helping implement marketing campaigns, distributing marketing leads, and working closely with the Sales and Sales Enablement teams to ensure proper lead stewardship and tracking. The Marketing Associate will be exposed to all forms of B2B marketing from SEO to tradeshows. They will gain a groundfloor understanding of lead generation, CRM, campaign tracking, and reporting.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor for and distribute leads (web and chat) to appropriate Sales team members during HQ business hours
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure leads are actioned appropriately via CRM platforms like Outreach, CE Dyanmics
  • Support the activation of campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives in North America. This includes managing campaign timelines, ensuring materials are delivered on time, and cost management
  • Assist with one-off sales requests or smaller events by assembling premiums and collateral for account manager use
  • Develop weekly lead reports for distribution
  • Campaign reporting for a wide range of tactics including email, digital display, social media, and events to help shape future marketing strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – specifically Excel
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Acumen to understand technical, and sometimes complex, content

Bonus Points:

  • Internship with in-house marketing team or marketing agency
  • Ability to identify insights within data
  • Passion for technology

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing, business, sales, or related field
