Marketing Associate, Marketing

In this role, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for leading and supporting marketing campaigns and program development from start to finish, aligned to the annual marketing and sales plans, and corporate priorities. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for taking the lead on the marketing engagement with our partner ecosystem to educate, collaborate, and develop marketing activities. They will work across various channels – from websites to social media apps to execute campaign activity. The Marketing Associate will work closely with demand gen marketing, sales, and product to develop and execute campaign activities.


YOU WILL

  • Marketing campaign management – Manage and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, to align with the overall business objectives to generate MQLs and opportunities. Use marketing dashboards to measure and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Social and digital advertising – Manage and optimize social media advertising, Google marketing, SEO, and content marketing to generate top-of-mind awareness and lead generation. Buyer journey marketing – Apply understanding of the buyer journey and develop marketing content to support each cycle, with campaigns that differentiate us from our competitors.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, partner, and product teams to manage marketing projects and align with priorities.
  • Manage and engage Partners to jointly develop or collaborate on marketing activities, programs, and campaigns to foster opportunity creation
  • Marketing collateral and content development – develop marketing collateral and top-of-funnel content for Incorta and with our partners to foster product education, partnership joint value, and grow the Incorta brand.
  • Maintenance of the Partner Portal and support of the Incorta Partner Program initiatives including webinars, summits, and content.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a general marketing role, partner marketing experience is additional working with an integrated marketing team, collaborating across functions including demand gen, customer, content, and analytics Demonstrated success in developing activities aligned with campaigns, leading program execution and supporting corporate campaign initiatives
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing and application of the buyer journey to marketing campaigns Experience working in a start-up environment, specifically for a SaaS or similar company Strong communication skills and experience engaging with customers, partners, and senior management
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management
  • Enthusiastic, independent worker, and highly collaborative
  • Experience working in a fast-paced culture in a global organization
  • Ability to operate independently, whilst leveraging internal support teams as well as being able to partner with peers across multiple geographies
  • A hunger for learning and problem-solving
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and feedback to derive insights, plan, and report on marketing campaigns and activities
  • SaaS marketing experience and familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity or direct experience with social platforms including Google Analytics and LinkedIn
  • Experience with WordPress is a bonus
