Job Description
What is Enterprise & Field Marketing?
Structure and scale integrated marketing campaign activation for sales as well as our broader go-to-market strategy. Meaningfully engage the market, prospects, customers, and partners—globally, and across local regions. Create pipeline with strategic and immersive event experiences designed to connect customers and partners with our products and purpose.
What you will do: deliver in-person and virtual events, create account-based marketing plans, plan and execute campaigns, coordinate campaign follow-up, and report on lead-flow and performance
Specific skills are an advantage for certain roles (not all): Digital marketing systems (i.e. marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, webinar, social media tools, SharePoint, wiki sites). SaaS event tools (RainFocus, Cvent)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to build good cross functional relationships with a variety of teams
- Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills; knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Works well under pressure in a high growth, fast-paced & ambiguous, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $74,100 – $107,460, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
