As a Marketing Associate, you will use creative and organizational skills to bring to life a wide array of fundraising and awareness programs for our clients. You will be responsible for such activities as being part of a working team that conceptualizes, plans, and implements marketing campaigns which can include advertising campaigns, digital activations, special events, and experiential marketing. The marketing associate will manage, make strategic decisions, and plan client projects, social media, on-site activations/events, timelines, and budgets.

Your Impact:
- Research and create marketing strategies and implementation plans for multiple client campaigns and define tasks needed to implement those strategies.
- Coordinate client meetings and collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.
- Conceptualize, create, and manage content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
- Support budget tracking and reporting.
- Develop project contracts, manage their review, approval and client submission.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing and briefs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teammates, clients, and external vendors.
- Display strong decision making for on-site event activations to support broader campaign strategy.
- Design and implement ongoing social media campaigns for multiple clients to include organic posting and monitoring.
- Responsible for research, selection, and management of vendors.
Your Profile:
- Recent, strong college internships or two or more years of work experience in an agency or related professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Background in full suite of marketing tactics to include digital, advertising creation, placement, and creative development.
- Legal authorization to work in the US required, without the need for sponsorship.
- Strong experience working with shared project management software, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workfront, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Working knowledge of AI products (Co-Pilot, Creator, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience using social media content programs (Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.).
- Experience creating presentation decks using Canva and/or PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.
- Ability to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and consistently manage multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, creative professionals, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel required, 25-40%.
