The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing team in executing and managing marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role involves a variety of tasks including market research, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with the audience.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases, organizing marketing materials, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
