We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team! In this new role, you will coordinate and assist with all digital marketing projects, testing, presentation development, and ongoing tactical optimizations across all our digital marketing channels. You’ll play an important role in maintaining the relationship between key stakeholders: the Digital Marketing and Strategy Team, the Marketing Operations Team, the Web Team, and the Force Team in IT.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000/ annually.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate the creation of digital marketing campaigns, including compiling and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation for the requirements, data components, and tracking.
- Distribute digital marketing creative assets and manage the review process.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Web Development teams to develop and document processes for new digital marketing projects and ensure all digital marketing initiatives are being requested and conducted in a timely manner.
- Assist digital marketing team members as needed for managing the digital marketing measurement platforms of Google Analytics, and Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Support the use of all digital marketing platforms and systems for content strategy, social media, email marketing campaigns, search engine optimization, and paid search/paid social, as needed.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team members to conduct quality assurance requirements for all website enhancements across all community websites, the corporate website, and other ancillary ESL websites as required.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and third-party partners to support achieving maximum results for paid search and other digital advertising efforts.
What You Will Need
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a digital marketing role.
- Experience using digital marketing and database platforms, including content management systems (e.g., Drupal), social media management platforms (e.g., BrandWatch), CRM/ESP (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), survey/feedback tools, testing platforms (e.g., VWO) and call tracking software (e.g., CallRail).
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google docs/sheets.
- Working knowledge of digital communication lead nurture channels, including email marketing and SMS mobile marketing.
- Experience using digital advertising in support of measurable lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Basic understanding of website usability and functional design best practices for websites and landing pages.
