CRAYOLA: This position is responsible for executing small-scale projects and programs to help meet marketing plan objectives while supporting the Product Manager in major new product launches.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop line extensions, manage packaging updates, and contribute to product development initiatives. The role involves both execution and analytical responsibilities, including research, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams such as forecasting, demand planning, and sales.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development for line extensions and account exclusives
- Support Product Manager in major product launches
- Lead line review meetings for assigned initiatives and support larger initiatives
- Manage packaging updates and graphics changes, including budget oversight
- Conduct qualitative research and support quantitative studies
- Provide recommendations based on business analytics
- Handle internal execution tasks (e.g., EAS and MCR input)
- Perform ad hoc analysis, monthly, and trimester reporting
- Assist with OSMI issues and collaborate with forecasting, demand planning, and sales teams
Job Specifications:
- BS/BA degree in business (preferred) or 2+ years in marketing/advertising
- 2+ years of general business experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Lotus Notes is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Innovative and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
