What are we looking for?
As we scale aggressively across the US, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build a bold, authentic, and trustworthy voice for Spyne—positioning us as the AI partner of choice for forward-thinking dealers.
What You’ll Own
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead brand strategy, campaign execution, and storytelling that brings our GenAI-powered platform to life for franchise and independent dealerships alike. You will build from the ground up: A brand that resonates, differentiates, and drives demand in the competitive U.S. dealership space.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and evolve Spyne’s brand narrative tailored for U.S. auto dealerships (GMs, Internet Directors, BDC Managers, etc.)
- Campaign Development: Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel brand campaigns showcasing how Spyne’s AI drives real ROI—from inventory listings to service lane engagement.
- Content Leadership: Oversee development of high-conversion content: website messaging, case studies, videos, trade materials, email sequences, and more.
- Localized Messaging for Dealers: Adapt our brand voice and assets for regional audiences across Tier 2/Tier 3 cities and dealer groups—making Spyne relevant to every lot.
- Partnership & OEM Marketing: Collaborate with OEM partners, dealer networks, and field teams to amplify brand visibility through co-marketing initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of dealer sentiment, competitive messaging, and industry trends to proactively shape our brand positioning.
- Brand Governance: Ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from sales decks to product UI copy to conference booths.
What Will Make You Successful
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, strategic comms, or product marketing—ideally in automotive tech, SaaS, or AI-first startups
- Must have experience of working with automotive companies in the US market
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B brands, especially in fragmented and localized markets
- Deep understanding of dealership personas and the psychology of selling into dealer groups
- Experience leading full-funnel marketing campaigns—strategy, creative, messaging, execution
- A knack for storytelling with flawless writing chops and creative judgment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, GTM, and design teams
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment where brand is built iteratively

Nice to Have
- Experience marketing AI/ML solutions or automotive data platforms
- Exposure to Dealer.com, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or dealer CRM tools
- Past participation in automotive conferences like NADA, Digital Dealer, or NIADA
- Familiarity with ad tech, social strategy, or retail media networks targeting dealers
