Hexagon’s Autonomy and Positioning division is looking for a talented Campaign Manager. Specific responsibilities include designing multi-touch demand creation and ABM programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, audience segmentation, determining and optimizing the tactical mix, designing offers and calls to action, setting individual campaign goals and KPI’s and providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

While part of the Marketing Communications team at the Autonomy & Positioning division, this position will join a high-performance team focused on creating impactful Marketing that inspires confidence in our company and technologies.

This position is with Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division, your work will contribute to the operation of our brands NovAtel, AutonomouStuff, VERIPOS and Antcom.

The Location: This position is based in Calgary or remote.

Responsibilities

As our Campaign Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including ABM strategies, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate across various teams, including sales, portfolio management, content, marketing operations, and vendors to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategy.
  • Develop integrated strategies and plans for advertising, banner/display ads, retargeting, and ABM campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Maximize asset utilization across campaigns by creatively repurposing content to effectively target diverse audiences and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are properly delivered to the sales team. Assist in the development of comprehensive dashboards to track and analyze the ROI of various campaigns, leveraging those reports to improve future campaigns.
  • Emphasize a customer-centric approach to planning, with continuous attention to customer needs, lifecycle, and experience.
  • Oversee and QA all marketing work streams, ensuring accuracy prior to launch, including ABM-specific elements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to measure and report the effectiveness of ABM efforts and various campaigns, evaluating funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, engagement metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ABM best practices, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) with integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B companies, with at least 2 years focused on ABM/Enterprise marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Strong fluency in Marketing Automation, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Wrike.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, being able to coordinate different moving pieces among various stakeholders.
  • Team management experience, with a track record of effectively managing people, prioritizing tasks, and driving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The role may involve up to 20% travel. May require international travel for events.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with GPS technology or other related technology.
  • Previous experience with Agriculture, Marine, Defence, Automotive, Autonomy, or Positioning.
  • Master’s Degree.
