TA Instruments, a division of Waters Corporation, is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Campaign Specialist to help lead the development, management, and execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns. As a developer and manufacturer of industry-leading systems in thermal analysis, rheology, microcalorimetry, and mechanical analysis, we market to diverse segments, including life sciences, advanced materials/polymers, batteries, medical devices, and other markets.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing, you will work cross-functionally to project manage and implement targeted demand generation strategies to support the launch of world-changing products that empower the characterization of the most innovative materials.

You will work in partnership with highly skilled, customer-focused, data-driven professionals across product management, segment marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, scientific applications, and PR/communications.

This position will be hybrid at our TA Instruments’ New Castle, Delaware facility.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful execution of product launches, segment marketing campaigns, and key initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Serve as a project manager for marketing product launches and campaign deliverables
  • Prioritize and facilitate project team reviews to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Project lead all stages of content planning, creation, review, approval, and distribution
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external collaborators to plan, develop, and complete deliverables, including, product management, segment marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, applications, PR/communications, agencies, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure marketing materials align with Waters/TA Instruments brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements; enable streamlined review and approval
  • Track and analyze progress of marketing product launches and campaigns, report status to business partners and senior management
  • Collect, aggregate, and summarize marketing product launch and campaign performance results
  • Drive a consistent approach to handling marketing product launches and campaigns; share feedback to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams and outside vendors
  • Flexible, proactive teammate; able to shift with changes in priorities
  • Experience working with project/content management platforms and digital asset management platforms
  • Knowledge of coordinated marketing communications (traditional, digital, social media, and events)
