About The Position: We are seeking a talented Campaign Strategist to join our Global Growth Marketing Team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, the ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth for our DFU line of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Assist in the design and execution of global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and support the DFU business segment.
  • Innovative Strategies: Explore new campaign strategies and bring forward fresh ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with third-party media agencies to ensure effective execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and more.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, field marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with overall business goals.
  • Customer Focus: Develop strategies that prioritize the customer experience and their buying journey, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
  • Support & Coordination: Provide support to the Campaign Manager in planning, implementing, and managing marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign strategy, preferably within SaaS or a high-tech environment.Familiarity with ABX tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce.com, and project management tools (like Monday, Asana, Wrike, Hive9, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various marketing stakeholders and sales teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

Location: Must be located in either the Eastern or Central Time Zone or willing to work within these time frames.
