As Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for devising and running marketing campaigns that generate pipeline & bookings aligned with organizational goals. Multiple campaigns and programs are overseen at any given time and can include a variety of tactics including ABM, digital surround, nurtures, email, webinars, events, etc. This role requires a data-guided, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results.

  • Oversee the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns across all channels to achieve Marketing pipeline goals
  • Develop Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans that include tailored messaging and content strategies for specific accounts
  • Leverage marketing analytics and intelligence tools to track and analyze campaign engagement and ROI
  • Continuously optimizing campaign strategies based on data insights to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to create compelling campaigns that solidifies PowerSchool’s leadership position and differentiates us in the marketplace
  • Lead the Demand Gen team to set campaign strategy through analysis of market data, product seasonality, and product launches
  • Forecast and present to senior management campaign performance and ROI

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably Demand Gen
  • Experience working directly with B2B SaaS or education industry
  • Experience building and developing campaigns in a complex product environment
  • Previous experience building and executing ABM campaigns: personalization at scale, customer acquisition, lead generation, content, display advertising, email marketing
  • Salesforce CRM and Marketo experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, project management, and numerical skills

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $68,000 – $133,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
