Gowan Company is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to assist with facilitation of marketing communications and promotions for sales teams and product managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with sales teams, Product Managers, and the design team (budget, plan, bookings) to facilitate various promotions and marketing initiatives including:
- National print ads
- Regional print ads
- Radio ads
- Digital ads
- Sales One-Sheets (information bulletins)
- Product trade show banners
- Sweepstakes
- Any product-specific ad-hoc requests
- Management of product and department budgets for GUSA products as well as Gowan Communications (global) budget
- Facilitate annual or bi-annual meetings with PMs to discuss product positioning, strategy, and plan (including budget) for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with a marketing specialist and design team to manage all projects, ensuring accurate; quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Tracking of campaign metrics to gauge effectiveness
- Attend US and Canadian sales meetings and various industry events/meetings
- Present on behalf of Communications and procure feedback from sales reps and product managers at various regional sales meetings

Education / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Project management, Marketing, or similar OR 5 years experience in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or similar
- Microsoft Office
- Agriculture experience is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
