Job Description: Deco ThinkTell is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, writers, and digital specialists, to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
  • Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and generating content ideas.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
  • Assist with client communication and relationship management, providing updates on project progress and addressing inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
