The Role
The Marketing Coordinator job offers a great opportunity to gain experiences across multiple marketing disciplines, while working in an actively expanding global company and a leader in the luxury home industry.
This position reports directly into the Digital Marketing Manager and will support multiple initiatives across the department, with a primary focus on email, website updates and supporting SEO efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and influencing our strategies and tactics to ensure continued growth, as well as support various other disciplines across the Digital Marketing Team.
This role works in close partnership with Development, Creative, and Product teams as well with our external agency partner, to plan and execute effective and results driven programs. To be successful, you must have a minimum of two years of relevant digital marketing experience and be resourceful, highly motivated, and possess exceptional analytical and organizational skills that operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursdays) presence based on business need.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to concept and build engaging emails in Mailchimp that drive traffic and engagement.
- Review and analyze email results on a monthly basis using data from Mailchimp and Google Analytics
- Report on overall performance vs. key KPI’s to ensure we are tracking to plan and identifying potential opportunities
- Assisting with updates to email templates and monitoring activity and usage
- Manage email user database, this includes client segmentation, double opt-in requirements and overall cleansing and up-keep of data
- Manage the email content calendar; create and monitor UTM tracking codes; and assist with proofreading content and testing emails prior to launch
Website & SEO
Work with Web & Email Manager to support Marketing’s overall website requirements. This can include:
- Web content updates (homepage, landing pages, marketing placements, digital catalog’s, etc.)
- QC website for accuracy and effectiveness, report bugs/issues on the website via Jira ticket system
- Input and traffic web marketing requests/tickets
- Prepare quarterly reports on website metrics utilizing Google Analytics.
- Work closely with our external agency and management to develop key SEO strategies and execute tasks based on identified goals
- Creating new content, ensuring title tags, meta descriptions, etc. are following best practices and analyzing results.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor and address Marketing related IT ticket submissions.
- Allocation of images to the Waterworks website.
- Other duties & responsibilities may be assigned to support the marketing team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant digital marketing experience
- Experience using data and analytics tools to understand traffic patterns and user behaviors (Google Analytics) preferred.
- Experience with an email service provider preferred (Mailchimp experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solver.
- Highly organized and ability to juggle multiple projects yet pay attention to details.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm & passion to learn and grow within the position.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local / showroom locations)
