Join a fast growing team as the Marketing Coordinator at IME, where creativity meets precision! We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organized and detail-savvy professional to expand our marketing offerings. In this pivotal role, you’ll help influence our marketing strategy, support business development initiatives and be a key member in the proposal process. You’ll craft stunning marketing materials, design eye-catching documents and templates, write compelling content, manage our social media presence and be a part of the team that wins work! Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing

  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develops marketing collateral for business development, events, and internal communications with guidance from Marketing Director. Designs visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and social content. Ensure materials are user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. 
  • Write persuasive and engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, and industry awards. Is a passionate storyteller and effectively communicates our value proposition and unique brand style. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate project photography and job highlight information. Actively work with IME Field Team to ensure project marketing milestones are met.

Bid and Proposal Management:

  • Collaborate with preconstruction staff and estimators, and other team members to gather relevant information for proposal content. Strategize with project team to develop visual and written proposal messaging, craft original content, edit, and format proposal documents, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand objectives.
  • Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements before submission. Ensure that proposals align with company standards and messaging strategies.
  • Assist with pre-interview planning and presentation rehearsal with design teams. Develop slide decks and materials to support interviews.
  • Maintain a centralized document repository for proposal templates, project profiles, resumes, and other relevant materials. Organize and catalog past proposal submissions for reference and knowledge-sharing purposes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, spelling and punctuation to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and teammates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • Understanding design and document layout principles
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Pho
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite  
  • Strong ability to complete due diligence and risk assessment
  • Impeccable integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or proposal coordination or a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure industry

Working Conditions:

The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment.  Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.  You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary Range:  $70,000 – $85,000
