As a member of the team, you’ll get the chance to collaborate across teams on a daily basis, partnering with tech, production, event coordination, editorial, and sales to promote our products, build our brand, and connect the commercial real estate industry. This is a hybrid role in office 3 days a week and from home 2 days per week; located at 123 William Street.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead event marketing for various top tier markets. Own all aspects of the marketing plan and execution focused on driving attendee ticket sales including email marketing, promotional messaging, ad placement, newsletters, social media & more.
  • Own social media management for Bisnow brand, collaborating with internal marketing team, sales and editorial teams to build content calendar, create engagement strategy and manage brand voice across platforms
  • Analyze & refine data – using reporting tools including Marketo, Google Analytics, and SocialFlow, understand conversion rates, optimize performance and identify opportunities to drive marketing forward and increase revenue opportunities
  • Improve product and event performance using data and analytics, as well as marketing best practices, to strengthen our portfolio and drive sales
  • Partner with sales and marketing team to drive demand gen for advertisers, working on content marketing, ad campaigns, search engine marketing, and more tools to deliver inbound leads to sales
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to create strategies and messaging that resonates with local audiences.
  • Establish strong brand guidelines, working closely with CMO and design teams, to create consistency, elevate brand look & feel, and strengthen market position. Write creative briefs, oversee ad designs, and provide feedback to create campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement

What are we looking for?

  • Must have 1 – 3 years of marketing experience in media, live events or digital role
  • Experience building, optimizing and reporting on multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Strong excel and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with analyzing large data sets to make informed marketing decisions
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities, but flexibility to pivot and respond to change
  • Team-oriented, but able to work independently
  • Experience working with Marketo or another email marketing toolGoogle Analytics, Canva, and event marketing experience is a plus
