As the Marketing Coordinator, you will bring your creative marketing experience to support firm-wide initiatives for one of the nation’s largest accounting, advisory and consulting firms. This role will play a role in executing marketing strategies, including event planning, content development and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. You will bring your creative instincts, as well as personal approach and flair to this role.

Schneider Downs has embraced the hybrid work model, so this role will have flexibility working from home, as well as in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with marketing team specialists to integrate initiatives into the overall firm marketing plan and strategies
  • Work with service line leaders and the marketing team to develop and execute marketing programs that drive demand for our services, including:
    • Development of service-specific materials (collateral, web pages, social posts) and campaign elements
    • Event planning and management
    • Social media marketing
  • Engage with service professionals to identify and address marketing needs
  • Participate in marketing strategy sessions to keep our firm current and progressive, as well as “team-wide” activities and responsibilities to help support the Firm

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of one year of marketing experience in business-to-business or corporate marketing, or related experience
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and best practices
  • Experience with event planning and staffing

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM programs, social media analytics and design (Adobe, Canva)

  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to interact with staff, colleagues, cross functional teams and third parties
  • Self-driven and passionate
  • Strong attention to detail and proofing capabilities
