The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing qualifications, proposals and presentations, coordinating client interview preparations for logistics, managing the marketing team’s supplies and equipment. The Marketing Coordinator I will also assist in internal and external event planning and collect and entering information into our project database.

A Day in the Life:

  • Touring a local project and speaking with the onsite team
  • Updating resumes and project sheets
  • Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
  • Gathering information for proposal(s)
  • Entering information into the master database

Marketing Coordinator I Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign
