The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing qualifications, proposals and presentations, coordinating client interview preparations for logistics, managing the marketing team’s supplies and equipment. The Marketing Coordinator I will also assist in internal and external event planning and collect and entering information into our project database.
A Day in the Life:
- Touring a local project and speaking with the onsite team
- Updating resumes and project sheets
- Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
- Gathering information for proposal(s)
- Entering information into the master database
Marketing Coordinator I Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign
