About The Role

As only the second member of Bikky’s marketing team, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how we tell our story and connect with the restaurant industry. Working closely with our CEO and Marketing Lead, you’ll help bring our marketing playbook to life through a mix of execution, content creation, and cross-functional projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work across all areas of marketing—across product launches, social media, and partnerships—while learning how to build scalable programs that generate awareness, create pipeline, and fuel sales growth. You’ll make a direct impact while growing your own skills as part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.

As The Marketing Coordinator You Will

Content & Communications

  • Manage and grow Bikky’s social presence by creating content that engages the restaurant industry.
  • Identify, plan, and execute new client announcements designed to drive awareness with enterprise clients.
  • Tell user and customer stories that emphasize novel ways of using customer data and the ROI of those decisions.
  • Write and produce content—from newsletters to short-form video—that educates prospects and nurtures relationships.

Partners & Sponsorships

  • Coordinate Bikky’s partner program and identify and deliver co-marketing opportunities, including webinars, events, and joint campaigns.
  • Create enablement resources that make it easier for partners to share Bikky’s story.
  • Coordinate Bikky’s sponsorships and source new opportunities to collaborate with industry publications

Product Marketing

  • Collaborate on product launch planning and asset creation, ensuring new features are clearly communicated and resonate with our audience.
  • Drive launch distribution by applying messaging across the website, social media, and sales materials to maximize awareness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or project coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment
