Acuren is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our operations at ADV Integrity in Magnolia, TX. This role will enhance and promote our brand within the industrial community by developing creative marketing and communications solutions. The coordinator will work closely with the Commercial team to manage online presence, create content, and support marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn, develop engaging posts, and track performance metrics
• Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for campaigns and internal use
• Graphic Design: Design digital and print materials (flyers, brochures, event signage) ensuring brand consistency
• Marketing Strategy: Assist leadership in creating and executing strategies to promote engineering services
• Event Support: Help plan and execute company-sponsored events
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems
• Experience with photography, videography, and editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical/engineering setting
• B2B marketing experience and knowledge of SEO best practices
