We are is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing project schedules, and supporting various administrative aspects to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches, including preparing materials and managing event schedules.
    • Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives, compiling and analyzing data to measure effectiveness.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities that support strategic planning.
    • Work with vendors and suppliers to manage production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and other printed materials.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of marketing materials and coordinate distribution to appropriate departments or locations.
    • Support the marketing team by managing project schedules, organizing files, and scheduling team meetings.
    • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal review.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role or related field (internships included).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with project management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and project management.
