Duties:

Oversight and Management:
- Provide oversight and management of the marketing office and staff.

Strategic Business Initiatives:
- Promote and market services that support strategic business initiatives.

Campaign Implementation:
- Implement promotions and marketing campaigns supporting programs, services, facilities, and activities.

Event and Promotion Management:
- Develop and execute marketing events and promotions approved by higher-level management.
- Manage all aspects, including planning, budgets, execution, and after-action reports.

Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assist with evaluations and provide feedback in business revenue meetings.
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of programs.

Client Communication:
- Maintain effective communication for coordination purposes.
- Develop plans meeting client objectives.

Optimization and Recommendations:
- Determine products/services to be offered and recommend promotional strategies.
- Evaluate optimum marketing mix to achieve objectives.

Supervision:
- May supervise subordinate personnel.
