Position Summary
The Tennessee & Michigan Marketing Support Coordinator provides marketing support for EPP’s affiliated practices in Tennessee & Michigan. This role will work closely with EPP’s Director of Partner Marketing, EPP doctors, Practice Administrators, and the Regional Director of Operations to strategize and organize various marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums. This position will spend time in each of EPP’s Tennessee & Michigan offices.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees, and corporate staff
- Organize and support referral marketing strategies for each EPP practice in Tennessee & Michigan.
- Produce and analyze reports for trend analysis, campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing plans.
- Supply curated referral gift options for each of EPP’s partners in Tennessee & Michigan on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate local events to promote practices
- Responsible for ordering branded marketing items based on practice needs
- Provide monthly budget updates to corporate marketing team, doctors, and key practice employees.
- Oversee print, web advertisements, and sponsorships for practices
- Manage online presence for each EPP practice in Tennessee & Michigan.
- Manage website updates.

Required Skills / Abilities
- Strong knowledge of referral-driven marketing campaigns, preferred
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and maintain a professional manner under busy and stressful circumstances
- Ability to handle multiple practice projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with social media platforms and social media aggregators
- Knowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWords
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Occasional travel up to 25%
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of marketing, public relations, or advertising work experience
- Previous experience planning and coordinating events
- Previous experience in Healthcare Marketing a plus
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
