The Marketing Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who want to contribute to a mission-driven organization and gain exposure across a variety of marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and operations—ensuring strategies come to life seamlessly and effectively.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinatorto join our collaborative corporate marketing team at our Scottsdale, AZ office. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday – Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and onsite execution of national conferences, corporate activations, and internal events.
- Provide hands-on event support for in-office guests, special events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive annual marketing calendar to align campaigns, events, and key milestones.
- Track upcoming deadlines and maintain visibility across the team to ensure timely execution.
- Lead quote bidding, vendor communication, and procurement for marketing materials, branded merchandise, and print assets.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of materials across clinics, brands, and special projects.
- Manage creative team request intake, prioritize design projects, and organize inputs and feedback.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and on-time delivery.
- Assist with public relations efforts, including awards submissions, press release drafting, and formatting.
- Support placement coordination in media outlets and industry publications.
- Prepare and format marketing presentations, internal documentation, and other marketing deliverables.
- Serve as a department-wide resource for ongoing initiatives, documentation needs, and cross-functional coordination.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to manage vendors and procurement activities across teams and locations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Rate: $24.00-$30.00 per hour (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
