Embold Health helps each of us find the right doctor, the first time. We accomplish this in two ways — through deep scientific rigor, we measure healthcare providers on dozens of important factors and provide those measurements to our customers for better physician selection. Additionally, we provide the same information to physicians, allowing them to benchmark themselves against others to see how they can improve.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Designer will work with internal stakeholders including Embold’s Executive and Senior Leadership Team, sales and client engagement teams, and marketing team, to provide visual support across our delivery to key existing customers, new customers, and broader Embold growth efforts. This role will be primarily focused on developing consistent sales, product, website and data-infographic assets to support these broader efforts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the branding identity of the company, ensuring all outward-facing content is consistent and high-quality
- Develop sales collateral including one-pagers, digital advertisements, flyers, brochures, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.
- Create and edit presentations for sales, client, and additional commercial functions
- Maintain and update website with graphical updates as needed
- Create digital advertisements for account-based marketing efforts
- Manage our LinkedIn account and create graphics for sharing
- Assist with conferences/events, including creating any collateral, swag, banners, etc.
- Develop wireframes and templates for external presentations shared with Embold’s existing and prospective customers
- Support art direction including typography, iconography, illustration, graphics, and animation.
- Develop and maintain design and specifications of best practices
- Develop and adhere to Embold Health style standards
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Graphic Design skills and experience
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Attention to detail and mastery of information design
- BA in Graphic Design, UX/UI design, marketing, fine arts, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Bonus if applicant also knows Premiere and video editing.
- Proficiency in Figma is helpful. Proficiency in Webflow and/or knowledge of website development and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
- Experience in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
- Detail-oriented, creative with an eye for storytelling. Team player, positive, willing to learn new things and wear many hats.
