We are seeking a Marketing Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring that every client’s first impression is unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Oversee and update our WordPress website to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Implement grassroots marketing strategies, including networking, local events, and community partnerships.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, direct mail, sponsorships).
  • Design and maintain marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Work closely with videographers and designers to create high-quality, engaging visual content.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Track lead conversion rates and collaborate with the sales team to improve results.
  • Ensure the office and conference room are well-maintained and prepared for client meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (3-5 posts per week per platform).
  • Track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) with a goal of 5%+ engagement rate.
  • Develop strategies to grow our audience and enhance online presence.
  • Ensure the office is tidy, professional, and welcoming, maintaining a 90%+ cleanliness rating in weekly internal checks.
  • Track client satisfaction with the office environment, aiming for 95%+ positive feedback.
  • Complete one professional development activity per quarter (e.g., online courses, workshops).
  • Set and achieve personal, professional, and financial goals as part of performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 or more years of marketing experience, preferably in home improvement, real estate, or design/build industries.
  • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to engage with the community, represent the brand at networking events, and enhance our local presence.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
