Position Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Director to own the strategic marketing function and drive revenue through messaging, positioning, and funnel performance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will define how the company communicates its value, ensure alignment across all marketing channels, and directly influence revenue outcomes.
Position Responsibilities
You will lead the marketing strategy and align the full team around a unified approach to growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Own messaging and positioning across all offers and ensure consistency across channels
- Lead launch marketing strategy including campaign architecture, messaging, and optimization
- Define funnel strategy including conversion flows, sequencing, and customer journey
- Set direction for paid media by defining messaging angles, hooks, and core narratives
- Build and lead the marketing team across paid, content, creative, and brand functions
- Own evergreen growth initiatives between launch cycles
- Partner with operations and leadership to align on revenue goals and execution priorities
- Identify gaps in performance and implement strategic solutions quickly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Experience owning revenue targets and driving measurable growth
- Strong background in messaging, positioning, and conversion strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
- Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with AI tools and systems to enhance marketing execution

Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000
