The Marketing Director is a leadership role responsible for directing marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for Planstin. They will oversee critical marketing functions, including the developing and executing of comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. They will be responsible for the generation of leads for the core sales department and agents of Planstin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and vision to the marketing team, ensuring all efforts contribute to the organization’s growth.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Ensure campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and meet or exceed established KPIs.
    • Take a lead role in developing and maintaining the organization’s brand strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
    • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Budget Oversight
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
    • Monitor spending and provide regular budget reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or similar experience in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • A track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
