Essential Duties
- Develop a thorough understanding of product, customer, competitors, and industry to develop strategic campaigns based on identified customer personas that lead to qualified leads.
- Regularly monitor and document competitors using established templates for feature sets, marketing strategy, social strategy, and anything else relevant. Bring new ideas and execution plans to the table regularly.
- Report on all marketing campaigns, summarize, and provide recommendations.
- Develop presentations with ROI around various campaigns and ad spend to justify the recommendation over others.
- Regular use of various software related to keywords and methods to monitor and drive website and app traffic. Provide management with recommendations.
- Manage external communication calendar, ensuring all channels are covered and timed appropriately.
- Write engaging blogs showing growth in views and conversions month over month.
- Regularly meet with various departments to understand customer pain points and how to focus marketing efforts around solving problems and develop programs.
- Brainstorm with a plan to execute fresh ad ideas and new platforms.
- A/B testing of various marketing efforts, providing the test results and recommendations.
- Regular customer interviews and analysis to understand pain points and adjust personas and strategies as needed.
- Develop innovative ways to engage with prospects, from videos to connecting on social platforms and beyond.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing-related experience with proven results.
- Marketing director-level experience required.
- SaaS marketing experience required.
- Expert knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Expert knowledge of SEO.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, define expected ROI, implement, and iterate.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills across blogs, email marketing content, social posts, website content, and documentation.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, and other reporting tools.
