USANA Health Sciences
We are looking for a creative driven, strategic, and skilled professional to join USANA as the director of marketing for the U.S. sales team. This is a highly key role within the U.S. management team and this person will be looked to as the expert at creating and shaping all sales marketing, communications , and social strategies to support USANA’s Associates and Affiliates who promote and sell the company’s premium products.
In this director role, you will own the planning, execution, and fulfillment of campaigns, initiatives , and promotions with the overarching goal of increasing our customer base, creating retention, and driving revenue. Finding the right person who can collaborate with global teams is essential for our U.S. region to develop strong messaging, tools, and campaigns for launching future products and programs.
We are looking for someone who has experience generating and directing new ideas and initiatives, can maintain and contribute to USANA’s brand and position, and can proactively implement innovative marketing practices that will enhance our competitive edge and tell the USANA story

What You Will Do as USANA’s Director of Sales Marketing
- Create and execute strategic, integrated communication plans, content, and supporting materials that attracts new A ssociates, while providing support and training, and lead ing to overall growth within the U . S . market
- Identify key trends, categories , and potential partnerships to ensure USANA’s offering meets the needs of the U . S . market and expands brand awareness
- Oversee planning and execution of U . S . s pecific promotions and product sales incentives and work with team to ensure w ork with other s ales d irectors to ensure successful implementations with the English, Chinese, and Spanish speaking markets
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels and campaigns ; p rovide insight on market trends, industry, and competitive situations
- Direct U . S . sales corporate communications, social media, and public relations
- Manage the development and execution of a content marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality, informative content is shared with our sales force
- Design and update marketing and sales tools to provide greater support to our Associates efforts to share USANA with new customers
- Supervise and support events and recognition for local and national events in the U . S.
Background And Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nutrition and/or food science, health-related science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant business/marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in creating marketing campaigns, assets, and tools with successful results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends, leading to strategic innovation for future projects
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
What Will Make You Standout
- Previous professional experience within the direct-sales or network marketing industry is highly encouraged
- Proficiency in a second language, particular Spanish or Mandarin
- Outgoing with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
