What You’ll Be Doing

 

ROI·DNA is seeking a marketing director to join us from July through November 22, 2024 to cover a parental leave. This marketing director role is responsible for marketing of the ROI·DNA brand which supports the agency’s brand and growth goals. The marketing function at ROI·DNA is still developing so there is some foundational work underway as well as owned channels with a strong brand voice and our most important industry event.

 

You’ll work across the organization – collaborating with the senior leadership team. You’ll also have bi-weekly meetings with Hotwire VP, Marketing to collaborate where possible.

 

We are open to the role being 4 days per week. The ROI·DNA team operates remotely though we share an office in SF, Minneapolis and NY with Hotwire Global so you’re welcome to work from an office.

 

Partner Event

  • ROI·DNA is a lead sponsor of the 6sense customer conference taking place October 7-10, 2024 in Las Vegas.
  • This role leads the plan and execution of ROI·DNA’s presence at the event.
  • The sponsorship agreement is already set so it’s working internally on our messaging, booth content, client and prospect engagement, directing social media content and preparing the team on site for the event.
  • You’ll also direct social media content from the event. This is our largest event sponsorship of the year so help us maximize our investment.

Owned Channels & Content

  • Responsible for content calendar, content development and posting on owned social channels – primary channel is LinkedIn at this time.
  • You’ll also work to build client and prospect database so that the team can email updates to contacts or potentially begin a monthly newsletter.
  • You may also be asked to lead on updates to the company website with new client content, case studies, company updates, etc.

Awards, Rankings & Accolades

  • We have developed a list of target awards and rankings, this role will lead the submission of awards and rankings information on time and budget.
  • Working across the client services team, identify client work that will make a great case study and lead the development of each case study and promote across the business.

Prospect Engagement Campaign

  • The team is about to launch a new engagement campaign and we’ll want you to understand the campaign strategy and then execute the campaign over the next few months. During the contract, there may be a need for new engagement campaigns

Business Development Support

  • As the growth team needs support on RFPs or new business pitches, you’ll be part of the team to draft company information, compile case studies from those approved and ready to use as well as load RFP content onto custom webpages for each prospect.
  • If a new client agrees to be publicly announced, prepare external communications announcing the win and send through the appropriate channels.

Internal Engagement

  • Share marketing programs, wins and updates in monthly all company meeting, as requested, and promote on internal Slack channels.
  • You will be included in growth team meetings to hear and provide updates, other meetings may include pipeline meetings, all team meetings and special project meetings.

What You Have

  • Experience in using various Marketing Platforms and an understanding of how they all work together
  • Experience with platforms such as;  6sense, Demandbase, Drift, Mutiny, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • Highly proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to help drive projects forward
  • A proactive self-starter drive, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate and also work independently
  • The ability to excel at building and recommending clients’ omnichannel media mixes song with providing campaign strategy guidance from ideation to implementation
  • You constantly look for opportunities to improve the model or framework you are working with and hungry for the next opportunity to learn and grow

Compensation

As mentioned above, we are open to either a part-time (4 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week) engagement. The compensation range for this role for the duration of this engagement (20 weeks) is between $28,850 – $42,300 (equivalent to an annual salary of between $75,000 – $110,000). 

 

This role will receive access to employee benefits programs during the duration of the engagement, including medical benefits, 401K, vacation and sick time accrual, monthly stipends for wifi, cell phone and wellness, and more.

 

ROI·DNA considers a candidate’s agreed-upon work schedule, experience, training, and education, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment, when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
