Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing strategy and drive growth. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution in digital marketing, branding, and grassroots outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Lead all digital initiatives, manage campaigns and third-party agencies, and utilize data for performance improvements.
- Brand Strategy: Oversee branding efforts, including social media, events, and website management. Develop measurable marketing plans based on insights.
- Field Marketing: Cultivate relationships with referral partners, focusing on grassroots strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small internal team and collaborate with external partners on recruitment marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven digital marketing and campaign management experience.
- Background in grassroots marketing or healthcare preferred.
- Energetic, adaptable, and creative with strong leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $160,000+ (commensurate with experience). Benefits include 401K, dental and health insurance.
