Job Description

As a Marketing Generalist at RiskOptics, you will play a role in pipeline creation by building and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels, including paid ads, email, web, social media, and online events. This role involves marketing operations and managing paid media.


Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns including:

  • Assisting with the operational side of email marketing and social media campaigns, including building distribution lists, emails, landing pages, and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Managed paid advertising campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Tracking relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitoring KPIs, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and pipeline creation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in marketing operations, marketing paid media, and/or general marketing with 2-3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence showcasing the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of paid advertising across platforms.
  • Skilled in creating emails and landing pages via Marketo.
  • Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Proficient in using marketing and automation tools, including:
    • Salesforce
    • Marketo
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads manager
    • Microsoft Suite, including Excel
