Essential Functions

Our internship Program in North America is an accelerated leadership development program designed to provide top college students a career path toward key business leadership roles. When accepted into the internship program, you can expect challenging roles in multiple functional areas over the 10 week long period. The program builds knowledge and abilities essential to gain skills for high-level leadership roles in the company. In this internship program, you will learn about our industry, key business and marketing processes, customer relations and participate in strategic projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Working towards a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or digital marketing

Preferred

  • Strong aptitude in analytics, problem solving, interpersonal skills, motivation to succeed.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications and data management software.

Environment

  • Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager. Interns expected to work 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).
  • Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
