Demand Gen Lead

This position is designed for someone who thrives on both independent work and teamwork, with a focus on driving lead generation and pipeline growth across various sectors including enterprise, mid-market, and specific verticals such as retail, 3PLs, B2B, and healthcare. Your role will involve crafting and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness. Must have strong SaaS experience along with early-stage startup experience.

Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Campaigns

Develop & Implement Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across paid advertising (PPC, social media ads), organic social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Target Audience Research & Messaging

Identify Key Decision-Makers: Research and pinpoint key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market businesses, and verticals such as retail, 3PLs, B2B, and healthcare.

Craft Tailored Content: Develop compelling messaging and content specifically designed to resonate with each target audience.

Content Creation

Generate Engaging Content: Produce impactful content including blog posts, social media updates, landing pages, and other materials to drive lead generation and conversions.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

Leverage Automation Tools: Use marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and enhance lead nurturing processes.

Social Media Campaigns

Execute Social Media Strategies: Develop and manage social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement, focusing on LinkedIn with potential expansion to other platforms.

Market Segmentation & CRM Management

Segmentation Exercises: Conduct market segmentation to build and maintain lists of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Update CRM Databases: Cross-reference industry lists, trade show attendees, and other lead sources to update Salesforce and internal CRM systems for targeted campaign execution.

Email Campaigns

Generate & Send Campaigns: Design and send email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase customer engagement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and identify improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate Progress: Regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities, providing visibility into successful strategies and areas needing adjustment.

Collaboration with Sales Team

Ensure Smooth Handoff: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate effective lead handoff and qualification processes.

Industry Trends & Best Practices

Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.

Event Planning & Public Relations Support

Support & Attend Events: Assist with planning and executing events, and public relations efforts, and attend trade shows and conferences as needed.

This role requires a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution, with a focus on driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies and thorough analysis.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in general marketing or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of system-level technology, APIs, and data management.
  • Early-Stage Startup Experience: While not required, experience in a similar early-stage startup environment is advantageous. Your ability to manage projects efficiently with limited resources and navigate the dynamics of a startup will significantly contribute to your success in this role.
