Our startup thrives on a culture of relentless velocity, ownership, and boundary-pushing. Our team comprises pirates—ex-founders (including ex-YC), and founding employees of unicorns (e.g., Brex, Verkada, Rippling, ), as well as entrepreneurial operators from Revolut, Amazon, and McKinsey.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a marketing lead who blends content creativity and brand ethos. Your mission: build and optimize a engine that amplifies 11x’s brand and delivers real results. You will be obsessed with performance metrics—CTR, conversion rates, A/B testing—and work to constantly iterate and improve the impact of our content. You’ll operate in sprints, working to rapidly develop, test, and scale content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
What You’ll Do
- Content Development: Build a comprehensive content engine that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions through a variety of content formats (blogs, videos, case studies, emails, etc.).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data to measure the performance of content, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall ROI. Continuously optimize content based on insights from A/B testing, heat maps, and other analytics tools.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute rigorous A/B tests for all content formats and campaigns to determine what works best. From subject lines to call-to-actions, every piece of content is an opportunity for improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on content performance, creating actionable insights for leadership. Track KPIs to demonstrate the impact of your content initiatives on engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and customer needs. Support the overall go-to-market strategy with relevant, high-impact content.
- Content Innovation: Continuously push the boundaries of content creation through new formats, emerging trends, and innovative strategies that set 11x apart in the digital worker space.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing content campaigns that significantly impact business results, including measurable improvement in engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing Experience: Hands-on experience designing and implementing A/B tests, interpreting results, and iterating on content to maximize performance.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: You’re equally comfortable brainstorming fresh content ideas as you are running detailed performance analyses.
- Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to collaborate with teams across the company and present performance insights in a clear, actionable way to leadership.
Bonus
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and techniques.
- Past experience working in fast-growing startups or tech companies.
