Job Summary
The Marketing Lead – Data Implementation supports omni-channel communications campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for both acquisition of new members and renewal of existing members. This role manages critical marketing data workflows, partners cross-functionally to execute complex projects, and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of marketing initiatives that support corporate strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and execute marketing data workflows supporting omni-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms.
- Pull, process, and manage membership data lists from internal CRM and external partner systems for marketing campaigns and reporting.
- Own and maintain marketing data integrity, including management of do-not-contact files and compliance-related data requirements.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing performance and operational reports.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and support executive and stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 or more years of marketing, data, CRM, or analytics-related experience.
Other Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital media.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Intermediate experience with SQL, Tableau, and BI reporting tools.
- Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
