About The Team

This position will be based in the US, reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales & Marketing North America. You will work in close collaboration with:

  • The Marketing, PR and Product teams based in Europe
  • US sales, product, legal, finance and govt. affairs teams
  • Agencies, vendors, and key accounts

About The Role

  • Develop, implement, and track the marketing strategy for North America by matching local market insights with overall global marketing and company strategies.
  • Own local PR content distribution and press partnerships to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage across relevant channels.
  • Support the creation and execution of advertising campaigns on digital channels, such as Search, Social, Display, and Video, maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Lead new EVBox product introductions for North America.
  • Create dedicated account-based marketing plans for the largest partners in the region, leveraging partnerships for mutual growth and success.
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing collateral, including newsletters, mailings, and other materials, to targeted audiences.
  • Create a content strategy and planning specifically for North America, for example for blog, website and social media content.
  • Collaborate with contractors (or own as needed) to create digital content, product collateral, and improve the website, ensuring compelling and engaging experiences for visitors.
    • Source, review and manage potential external agencies/third parties
  • Organize and coordinate (online & in-person) events and tradeshows, driving registrations, engagement and maximize brand exposure.
  • Execute region-specific marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and localization efforts, while collaborating with internal teams for optimized content.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.

About You

Education requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing or related discipline strongly preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years all-round marketing experience
  • At least 3 years customer marketing experience
  • Agency interaction, management, or direct work experience at an agency
  • At least 3 years of creative experience focused on, but not limited to, US market copy creation/editing, design software to enable POS material creation
  • EV, EV charging or related industry experience preferred

Skills Required

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating proactiveness, being a self-starter, and having an entrepreneurial mindset in driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
  • Proficient in coordinating regional events, trade shows, and webinars to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing related software tools (i.e. Adobe suite, Hubspot)
