THE ROLE: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our homebuilding products and brand within this highly desirable and competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, affluent consumer behavior, and effective marketing techniques to drive sales and enhance brand presence. The individual is proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate marketing and a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Day In The Life

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the division sub-markets, including Identifying the profiles of target homebuyers and sellers, researching prevailing lot characteristics, product trends, and design options.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to ensure all sales and marketing collateral is aligned with local market intelligence and effectively resonates with local buyers and sellers.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the division + corporate marketing on local market preferences.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and professionalism of all marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy and messaging tailored to the Pacific Palisades market.
  • Utilize a variety of online channels, including websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Identify and leverage digital trends and consumer behavior to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create proactive marketing plans to stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local community including top Brokers, HOAs, community organizations, and key influencers.
  • Develop and execute an event strategy to promote our product and brand, including planning, logistics, and post-event analysis.
  • Responsible for attending events, event planning and management. Ensuring that each event is successfully executed.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to create effective and visually appealing signage that adheres to local regulations and enhances brand visibility.
  • Ensure flawless execution of signage placement and maintenance.
  • Partner with corporate marketing on community outreach initiatives to build brand influence and positive relationships within local communities.
  • Serve as the local filter and liaison, working with corporate marketing and external public relations firms to ensure effective and targeted media coverage.
  • Identify key media outlets and opportunities to generate positive publicity in the right mediums.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in the luxury homebuilding sector.
  • Working weekends and evening events as necessary.

What Will Set You a Part

  • Deep knowledge of the real estate and homebuilding industry, target audiences, and competitive landscape – advantageous.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to develop an asset level and market level marketing strategy to drive leads and consumer behavior.
  • Able to identify opportunities and select the appropriate marketing vehicle to create interest and leads.
