About the job:

 

This is a unique brand-building opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career in brand management. As a Marketing Manager (Brand Content), you are responsible for developing, executing and optimizing branded content strategy across all touchpoints; PR, social, editorial, eCommerce and Marketplace. You will have a very good grasp of brand marketing by understanding the consumer’s needs, customer and competitive landscape, business model metrics and market dynamics.

 

This role is for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the ability to work autonomously.


Sample Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimize branded content across all touchpoints (public relations, social media, editorial, eCommerce and marketplace).
  • Lead our Product & Brand Claim Substantiation Program
  • Write branded copy across all touchpoints (listed above)
  • Create, and present marketing decks
  • Conduct ongoing Market, Competitor and Trends research
  • Conduct ongoing research for Brand Collaborations & Expert Partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to execute on brand content needs
  • Collaborate with Copy and Media Acquisition teams to ensure copy cohesion across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop creative assets using tools like Canva and Adobe when needed
  • Own Reputation Management, Review Analysis and Strategies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing the creative copy side of a D2C ecommerce wellness brand as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Previous experience in content creation (developing and writing high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and values)
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and curating effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field beneficial
  • You are a self-starter, a driver and you form great working relationship with peers
  • You flourish in fast-paced environments

Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 (Dependent on experience)
