The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing projects, campaigns and programs defined in alignment with Direct to Consumer-Ecommerce goals. This role requires a dynamic, flexible individual who thrives in juggling multiple responsibilities and playing differing roles based on the work required.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create new non-existent processes and improve our current ones. If you are a juggler in a fast-paced project management role and enjoy wearing multiple hats while collaborating with others to meet goals and improve processes, then look no further.

Responsibilities

  • Build processes in cases where none exists to help better integrate digital efforts with existing departments.
  • Manage and deliver digital marketing projects on budget, on time and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management, Account Management, IT, marketing, legal, product and other internal cross-functional teams. Build relationships and trust, and define interdepartmental roles as needed to achieve defined goals.
  • Work with third-party developers, agencies, and other vendors to ensure projects are properly integrated into our environment and flawlessly executed.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to adjust and revise plans as strategies and other tactics change over time.
  • Own project and program plans, identifying and aligning resources as needed.
  • Analyze, document, and communicate project requirements, constraints and assumptions with team members and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery and alignment of expectations.
  • Manage risks and issues identified, producing, and managing mitigation and resolution plans as needed.
  • Advocate, teach and apply agile project management best practices/techniques as appropriate, aligning with digital capabilities to quickly change, test and measure to improve results.
  • Communicate project and campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, both via written status reports and verbally in meetings.
  • Ensure changes being made to the web sites and campaigns being introduced are properly verified and approved prior to implementation, including coordinating resources to test as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of online marketing campaign/project management experience.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills with ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to talk to developers and third-party agencies in their language.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proven experience building and managing to schedules.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical staff.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities, and teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must have good sense of humor, professionalism, and personable attitude.

Salary Range: $87,542.25 – $116,699

Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
