We’re looking for an innovative Business Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our Downtown Orlando Corporate Office. This role is dedicated exclusively to supporting business banking sales efforts, working cross-functionally to develop strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive results. The role involves developing tools consistent with our brand initiatives, managing feedback from business members, and utilizing data to support branches and departments in surpassing sales objectives. Additionally, this role requires the creation of reliable reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

    • Partner with Business Services to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
    • Develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads, enhance brand awareness, and accelerate deal conversions.
    • Equip frontline teams with the tools, messaging, and marketing assets they need to sell effectively.
    • Leverage data and insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth.
    • Own business-focused marketing efforts across digital, in-branch, events, and partnerships.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, financial services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue.
  • Expertise in campaign development, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of business banking products, trends, and customer needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on business needs.
