Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Digital marketing
- Work with sales team to drive customer-specific activities and build partner-level relationships with targeted customers;
- Manage the design, development, content, and optimization of the Inertial Labs website;
- Increase the online visibility of the website through SEO improvements;
- Create and run Google Ads, Microsoft and LinkedIn campaigns;
- Develop and execute predictable and scalable digital campaigns to identify, nurture and convert prospects to opportunities;
- Develop, design and run Account Based Marketing – (ABM) campaigns to create opportunities with key accounts;
- Create and run targeted campaigns for key industries;
- Liaise with industry partners to launch digital ad campaigns;
- Set up and oversee marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Google Data Studio, etc);
- Ownership of email marketing, paid socials (LinkedIn), and web advertising channels;
- Continuously measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to show results and business impact to the broader teams;
- Searching new and managing (content, advertising, campaigns) existing marketplaces;
Marketing Materials
- Manage design and up-to-dating all products Datasheets;
- Create Company Presentations and Company Corporate profile for a wide range of audiences, customers, use-cases, products and applications;
- Manage design of the white papers and articles from Test Reports written by engineers;
- Manage creation of the video marketing materials like video tutorials, advertising videos, etc.;
- Assist Application Engineering by writing industry content and articles to educate the market about our solutions and initiatives;
Tradeshows
- Searching and proposing the most effective exhibitions, conferences, tradeshows;
- Planning the most essential tradeshows around the world;
- Prepare marketing materials for tradeshows;
- Manage design and production of all materials required for tradeshows (booth, graphics, brochures, demo units etc.)
- Work together with Sales Department to attend scheduled tradeshows.
IV. Marketing Budgets and Expenses
- Yearly expense reports and estimations for upcoming year.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- The right candidate will need solid experience and a strong track record in offline & digital marketing, marketing materials and marketing events (exhibitions, conferences, online webinars etc.)
- This position requires a highly motivated, self-sufficient professional with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:
- Fluent English (must), incl. strong English writing skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing in (high) tech within a global organization with multiple product lines
- Degree in digital marketing preferred
- Understanding of sensors and systems is a plus
- Experience with digital multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent level of CRM management (must, preferably HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Solid experience working with tools like HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google, LinkedIn & Facebook ads
- Experience working with SEO
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly
- Experience to manage outsource designers (like Fiverr etc.);
- Proven experience and creativity in developing effective marketing material (Datasheets, white papers etc.)
- Experience in planning and organizing exhibitions from the scratch (registration, booth, design, marketing materials, travel plans etc.)
