The Broadband Marketing Manager is accountable for the overall performance and success of the North American value proposition and campaign strategy. This includes messaging, planning, managing campaign execution, and measuring the impact of our marketing initiatives.
As an individual contributor, this role will require extensive cross-functional collaboration across all business levels to ensure alignment with and impact on our business goals. The marketeer is accountable for the overall performance and success of the campaigns. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
How You’ll Help Us Connect The World
- Determine the campaign strategy – based on primary buyer business needs – detailing the breadth of campaigns, associated framework (top-level reputation campaigns and nested campaigns), on-brand campaign themes and messaging over a typical planning period of one year
- Liaise with Product Line Managers on positioning, messaging and campaign execution timelines, with clear consideration given to leading product promotion and launches and web communication strategies and ensure clarity of goals for each campaign in close collaboration with all key stakeholders
- Define objectives and suggest tactic mix for the programs within the campaigns– namely reputation, demand creation, and enablement – with brand and regional campaign teams and establish an agreed measurement strategy and metrics based on the agreed campaign goals: collaborate with marketing operations to establish, measure and optimize performance
- Architect and coordinate campaign content strategy and understand and track the overall budget allocation in support of each campaign
- Share best practices and successes to optimize the campaign approach
- Continue coordination with campaign execution teams (regional, digital, portfolio and marketing operations) to ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver results
- Coordinate quarterly reviews with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance vs. goals.
Required Qualifications For Consideration
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar business degree
- Five or more years of marketing experience across multiple roles
- Experience building product marketing strategies, creating messaging value propositions and go-to-market strategy for products
- Excellent understanding of the latest digital, social, inbound, outbound and customer marketing tactics
- Highly experienced and knowledgeable in driving marketing programs in the product technology space
- Flexibility to travel to attend relevant internal, sales and customer meetings.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $118,000 – $130,000.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, three weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
