Overview: We are a pre-launch company backed by Atomic VC, focused on building a differentiated B2B Fintech product. After conducting extensive user and industry research, we’ve built an MVP and are gearing up for a Platform launch to early adopters in the coming months.

Join our pre-launch company as our Marketing Manager, where you’ll spearhead marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape strategic messaging, launch new products from end to end, and optimize customer engagement across diverse channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand’s market presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience.

This role is remote across the United States.

Compensation: $120-160k base + equity

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across all funnel stages to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze industry trends, technology capabilities, and competitive strategies to inform and recommend targeted marketing programs that deeply resonate with our audience.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Craft compelling messaging and strategic positioning that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of the product to target audiences.
  • Generate bold and creative program and campaign ideas to differentiate our brand in a competitive market.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, website content, blogs, case studies, and other materials to empower teams in sales efforts.
  • Own end-to-end communication campaigns across customer acquisition funnels, focusing on top-of-funnel engagement and lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing programs, leveraging metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the industry and product expert, understanding product strengths, weaknesses, competitive landscape, buyer personas, pain points, and value propositions to optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Support the marketing team with the planning, production, and execution of virtual & onsite events, community-building initiatives, and conferences
  • Build out end to end customer lifecycle campaigns

What You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology marketing, or interior design industry marketing.
  • Background in working with creative or similar B2B-focused audiences, preferably in startup environments.
  • Thorough understanding of online and offline marketing funnels.
  • Proven expertise in crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and content across diverse channels.
  • Strong track record of cross-departmental collaboration and managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Experience producing and supporting external community events
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for campaign management and optimization.
  • Solid analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to enhance campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a determined attitude to achieve results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, skilled at developing streamlined workflows.
  • Self-starter capable of driving strategic initiatives and tactical projects independently.

Bonus

  • You were an early employee at a Fintech, Payments, or Project Management startup that saw notable scale and market success.
  • You have experience with interior design.

$120,000 – $160,000 a year
