We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager (B2C) to lead mobile app growth strategies, lifecycle campaigns, and partner marketing efforts. This individual will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement while supporting customer success and retail teams. Strong understanding of Consumer Cyber Security solutions, experience with Tier 1 telecommunications (telco) and financial institutions, is highly preferred. This role supports accounts within the Americas (US, Canada & LATAM), as well as, Europe.
The estimated base salary for this role is $110–120k/year with commission plan. At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing & Mobile Strategy – Drive app growth through paid, organic, and multi-channel marketing strategies. Launch campaigns to boost retention, re-engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Partner & Customer Success – Collaborate with partners to create adoption-focused marketing campaigns, and work with customer success teams to develop strategies based on customer needs.
- Lifecycle & Customer Engagement – Build lifecycle campaigns to improve user retention and engagement. Use personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize communications.
- Product Marketing & Go-to-Market – Lead go-to-market launches, aligning with product, design, and cross-functional teams. Create messaging, content, and materials to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Training & Enablement – Develop training resources to help retail and support teams communicate product value.
- Analytics & Optimization – Set KPIs, analyze performance, and offer data-driven recommendations.
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years in B2C marketing with a focus on growth, lifecycle, and partner marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer cyber security features and associated customer experience
- Proven expertise in mobile app marketing, multi-channel campaign management, and personalization tactics.
- Strong writing and creative skills to craft compelling campaigns and product-focused content.
- Familiarity with retail or customer support training and customer success initiatives.
- Knowledge of product marketing and go-to-market strategies for app and feature launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (master’s preferred).
Though we work mostly in a remote setting, this role may require travelling up to 25% (may also include international travel).
